Do you want a life of constant progress?

Do you want a life of constant progress?

Managing your body, emotions, and life is ultimately all about the same thing: recognizing imbalance, readjusting, and then moving forward. Don't let yourself get trapped by the past, your emotions, or difficult situations. Make a little progress every day compared to yesterday, gradually find your center and direction, and ultimately take full control of your life.

When something goes wrong with your body, you shouldn't just keep enduring it, but rather find where the balance has been lost;
When something goes wrong in a relationship, don't lose yourself just because you are afraid of losing someone;
When you face difficulties in life, you shouldn't let yourself get stuck in the current low point, but rather find your direction again and keep moving forward.

The influence left by your family of origin no longer decides your future life; instead, it is decided by who you are now!

I have always felt that managing your body, managing your relationships, and managing your life are actually very similar.

Wherever balance is lost, readjust;
Wherever a problem arises, face it bravely.

True growth is not about never being hurt in life, but rather that after experiencing many things, you begin to learn to stop internal friction, and no longer constantly doubt and weaken yourself.

Those with a precious life retreat first, while those with a bitter life continue to waste away. Not every battle is worth fighting; knowing how to cut your losses is the only way to preserve your strength for the future.

Take good care of your body,
Tidy up your relationships,
And find again the focus of life that is truly meaningful to you.

There is no need to rush to become incredibly powerful all at once;
Instead, become a better version of yourself than yesterday, every single day.

Do what needs to be done today well,
Complete the goals you have set for yourself step by step,
Slowly accumulate your abilities,
And slowly build your confidence in life.

Becoming the best version of yourself is not about pursuing perfection,
But rather becoming clearer and clearer about what you want,
Becoming more and more capable of planning your own life,
And moving step by step toward the future you look forward to.

When you stop letting your life be decided by physical discomfort, emotions, relationships, or the past,
You will slowly find your own rhythm and direction again.

Live each day well, make yourself better,
Find your life's focus again,
And finally, take control of your own life.
