Who It’s For
01 | Sports and Fitness Professionals
Personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, yoga/Pilates instructors, and professionals wishing to integrate myofascial release into their training.
02 | Massage and Bodywork Practitioners
Sports massage therapists, massage practitioners, fascia-related bodyworkers, and anyone looking to expand their toolkit with instrument-assisted and soft tissue mobilization techniques.
03 | Sports and Fitness Enthusiasts
Regular runners, weight trainers, ball game players, or practitioners of various sports who want to learn self-relaxation and body maintenance methods for before and after exercise.
04 | Individuals Prioritizing Daily Body Care
Those who frequently feel body tightness or stiffness, or spend long hours sitting or standing, and want to learn a simple, self-directed myofascial care routine.
05 | Those Who Want to Re-understand Fascia
Those who do not want to just "roll wherever it feels tight," but want to understand key areas such as bony landmarks, bone seams, joint peripheries, and intermuscular spaces to build a more complete concept of fascia and soft tissue.
Whether you are a professional practitioner or an everyday individual looking to care for your own body, you can start with "finding the location, creating space, and restoring glide" to establish a more systematic myofascial care routine.
What You’ll Learn
01|Re-understanding Fascia and Soft Tissue
Understand the relationship between fascia, muscles, and joints, establish the basic concept of soft tissue deformation and space, and rethink why the body develops tightness and movement restrictions.
02|Finding the Locations That Truly Need Attention
Go beyond just muscle bellies and tendons; learn to identify key soft tissue interface areas such as bony landmarks, bony sutures, periarticular areas, and intermuscular spaces.
03|Mastering the Roll × Shear Techniques
Learn how to operate the Fasyroll® fascia roller, mastering direction, angle, contact position, and force control to establish stable and systematic operational skills.
04|Establishing Full-Body Fascia Mobilization Methods
From upper limbs and the trunk to lower limbs, learn the operational logic of different body regions, and choose suitable locations and methods based on actual conditions instead of just rolling mindlessly according to a fixed routine.
05|Learning to Observe and Compare Changes in the Body
Through comparisons of mobility, movement, and physical sensations before and after the application, learn to judge whether the operational locations and methods are appropriate, gradually building your own body observation skills.
It's not just about learning how to roll; it's about learning to read the body, find the right locations, and reclaim the true space of the fascia.
