Who It’s For
01 | Sports and Fitness Professionals
Personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, yoga/Pilates instructors, and professionals wishing to integrate myofascial release into their training.
02 | Massage and Bodywork Practitioners
Sports massage therapists, massage practitioners, fascia-related workers, and those wishing to add instrument-assisted and soft tissue mobilization techniques to their skillset.
03 | Sports Enthusiasts
People who run, weight train, play ball sports, or participate in various sports regularly, and want to learn self-relaxation and body maintenance methods for before and after exercise.
04 | Those Mindful of Daily Body Maintenance
People who often feel stiff or tight, or who sit or stand for long periods of time, and want to learn a simple, self-operable routine for myofascial maintenance.
05 | Those Who Want to Rediscover Fascia
Those who don't want to just "roll wherever it feels tight," but want to understand key areas such as the bony insertions, bone crevices, joint peripheries, and intermuscular spaces to build a more comprehensive concept of fascia and soft tissue.
Whether you are a professional practitioner or an ordinary person wanting to take care of your own body, you can start with "finding the location, creating space, and restoring gliding" to build a more systematic method of myofascial maintenance.
What You’ll Learn
01 | Re-understanding Fascia and Soft Tissue
Understand the relationship between fascia, muscles, and joints, establish the basic concepts of soft tissue deformation and space, and rethink why the body develops tightness and movement restrictions.
02 | Finding the Areas That Truly Need Treatment
Go beyond just the muscle belly and tendons; learn to identify key soft tissue interface areas such as bone ends, bone seams, around joints, and between muscles.
03 | Mastering Rolling × Shear Force Techniques
Learn how to operate the Fasyroll® fascia roller, mastering direction, angle, contact position, and pressure control to establish stable and systematic operational techniques.
04 | Establishing Full-Body Fascial Mobilization Methods
From the upper limbs and trunk to the lower limbs, learn the operational logic for different body areas. Choose the appropriate position and method based on actual conditions, rather than just rolling mindlessly in a fixed routine.
05 | Learning to Observe and Compare Body Changes
Through comparing range of motion, movement, and physical sensations before and after the session, learn to judge whether the application area and method are suitable, gradually building your own body observation skills.
It is not just about learning how to roll, but learning to read the body, find the right spots, and reclaim the true space of the fascia.
