Physical Training Course

Physical Training Course

Starting from an individual's physical state and movement capabilities, we build better movement quality and body coordination through mobility, motor control, strength, and functional training. We do not just chase weight and intensity; instead, we place greater emphasis on how the body performs movements correctly and efficiently, creating a customized training approach tailored to each person's needs and abilities.

Training is not just about increasing muscle strength; it is about learning coordination, control, and the correct transmission of power.

Training is not just about increasing muscle strength; it is about learning coordination, control, and the correct transmission of power.

Who It’s For

01 | Fitness Beginners
Want to start exercising but don't know where to begin, and hope to establish a correct, safe, and suitable training method.

02 | People with Limited Physical Mobility
Frequently sit or stand for long periods, or feel stiff and lack mobility, and hope to improve flexibility and range of motion.

03 | People Seeking Movement Quality Improvement
Hope to improve posture, body coordination, motor control, and power transfer, making daily activities and sports smoother.

04 | People Seeking Strength and Conditioning Improvement
Hope to increase muscle strength, stability, and functional fitness, building a stronger and more capable body.

05 | Advanced Exercisers
Already have regular exercise or training experience, and hope to refine movement details, break through training bottlenecks, and further enhance athletic performance.

Whether you are just starting to exercise or have been training for years, start by understanding your body to find the training method that truly suits you.

What You’ll Learn

01 | Know Your Body
Understand your mobility, movement habits, and how you use your body, and identify the areas that need priority adjustment and training.

02 | Mobility and Flexibility
Increase your body's range of motion through joint mobility, dynamic stretching, and soft tissue exercises to make movement feel more effortless.

03 | Motor Control and Coordination
Learn how to control body positioning, center of gravity, and movement tempo to build better balance, stability, and full-body coordination.

04 | Strength and Power Building
From foundational strength to full-body movements, progressively build strength and stability in the core, upper and lower limbs, and torso.

05 | Functional Movement Training
Integrate basic movement patterns such as squatting, pushing, pulling, rotating, locomoting, and lifting, allowing training to truly connect to daily life and sports.

06 | Personalized Training Approach
Learn to adjust movements, intensity, and training methods according to your own physical condition. Instead of just "following along," you will know why you train this way and what your body needs.

It's not just about teaching you how to do the movements, but teaching you to understand your body, use your body, and ultimately learn how to train your own body.

Being strong isn't just about having power; it's about healthily demonstrating the correct application of force.

Course Content

01|Physical Assessment & Customized Training
We design training content and progressions tailored to your current physical state, starting from mobility, strength, stability, motor control, and individual needs.

02|Mobility & Flexibility
Through dynamic stretching, joint mobilization, and multi-directional movements, we increase your body's range of motion, improve stiffness and restricted movement, identify sources of compensation, and make your body move more freely and comfortably.

03|Stability, Balance & Motor Control
We build core stability, balance, center of gravity shifting, and limb control capabilities, enhancing the quality of body control across different postures and movements.

04|Strength & Functional Power
Graduating from foundational strength into functional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, carrying, and walking, we build strength that can genuinely be applied to daily life and sports.

05|Full-Body Coordination & Athletic Performance
Integrating the upper and lower limbs, trunk, and rotational movements, we further develop speed, reaction, power, force transmission, and full-body coordination. The difficulty can be adjusted based on individual needs.

06|Application of Diverse Training Tools
Depending on the training objectives, we utilize equipment such as resistance bands, stability balls, clubbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. If clients wish to learn further, we can also teach operational techniques, movement design, and self-training methods for specific tools.

Having strength doesn't mean knowing how to use it. True training is about making strength happen in the right place.
